For nearly a decade, Road Runner Transportation and its predecessor company have served individuals, healthcare organizations, businesses, travelers, and visitors throughout Northern New Hampshire.
Our focus is simple: show up, communicate clearly, and provide dependable transportation when people need it.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
All rides must be prepaid. No exceptions. Payment alone does not secure a reservation. Your ride is secured only after payment is received and confirmed by Road Runner.
We understand plans can change. While payments are non-refundable, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a ride credit toward any Road Runner service for up to six months.
A ride credit is not available for:
• Cancellations within 48 hours.
• Immediate rides once we are on our way to you.
• Date or time changes we’re unable to accommodate because of other scheduled rides.
Wait time, when applicable, is billed at the applicable rate. charges, and delayed or changed arrival times are subject to driver availability and other scheduled rides.
