When Plans Change Unexpectedly
Vehicle breakdowns, accidents, missed connections, and unexpected changes in plans can leave you needing transportation with little notice. When availability permits, Road Runner Transportation provides same-day local and long-distance transportation to help get you where you need to go.
Scheduled Transportation
Local and long-distance transportation may be reserved in advance for planned travel throughout Northern New Hampshire and New England.
Advance reservations are encouraged whenever possible and are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All rides must be prepaid and are non-refundable. Your reservation is not secure until payment is received.
Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride will receive a credit toward any Road Runner Transportation service for up to six months.
Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and immediate rides cancelled after we are on our way are not eligible for a refund or ride credit.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate requested date or time changes, but changes are subject to availability. If a requested change cannot be accommodated, no refund or ride credit will be issued.
Wait time, when applicable, is 50¢ per minute.
