Transportation may be arranged by healthcare organizations, approved programs, or directly by individuals when appropriate.

Road Runner Transportation provides dependable transportation for detoxification programs, residential treatment, outpatient services, recovery centers, behavioral health providers, and community recovery organizations throughout Northern New Hampshire.
For nearly a decade, we have worked with healthcare and recovery organizations to help patients get where they need to go — safely, reliably, and with dignity and respect.
Transportation may include admissions, discharges, treatment appointments, pharmacy stops, recovery services, and other approved transportation needs.

Professional transportation begins long before a passenger is picked up.
From the initial request through completion of the trip, Road Runner Transportation provides responsive communication, dependable scheduling, discretion, and professional service. We understand that when a healthcare organization entrusts a patient to us, our service reflects on them as well.
When a patient requires return transportation, our commitment is to remain on-site and wait. Wait time is part of that service because leaving for other transportation means we can no longer guarantee the patient’s return.
Leaving a patient without guaranteed return transportation is not consistent with how Road Runner operates.
Availability & Scheduling
Healthcare transportation doesn’t always happen during normal business hours.
Same-day and after-hours transportation may be available based on driver availability. Advance scheduling is encouraged whenever possible.
