Road Runner Transportation provides seasonal hiker shuttle service throughout the White Mountains and Northern New Hampshire for point-to-point hikes, section hikes, day hikes, and transportation between trailheads, vehicles, and lodging.
Advance reservations are strongly encouraged throughout the hiking season.
HIKER TIP: We highly encourage hikers to park at the END of the hike and reserve a shuttle to the START. Then hike back to your vehicle at your own pace—no watching the clock, no rushing, and no worrying about making a scheduled shuttle connection.
Post-Hike Ride Reservations
Post-hike ride reservations are discouraged because hiking times often change and reserved pickup times may conflict with other scheduled rides.
If you choose to reserve transportation for the end of your hike, you are responsible for being available at the reserved pickup time. We will always try to accommodate a requested time change when possible, but changes are subject to availability.
If we cannot accommodate a changed pickup time, the reservation remains non-refundable and no ride credit will be issued.
For the most dependable option, park at the end of your hike and reserve your ride to the starting trailhead.
Reservations & Availability
Hiker shuttle service is available daily from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, subject to availability. Advance reservations are strongly encouraged, particularly on weekends, holidays, and during peak hiking season.
Transportation outside normal business hours may be available by advance reservation only.
Same-day ride requests are welcome when availability allows.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
All rides must be prepaid. Your reservation is not secure until payment is received.
All payments are non-refundable. Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride are eligible for a ride credit valid for six months.
Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and immediate rides cancelled after we are en route are not eligible for a refund or ride credit.
We’ll always try to accommodate requested date or time changes, but changes are subject to availability. If a requested change cannot be accommodated, no refund or ride credit will be issued.
Wait time, when applicable, is 50¢ per minute.
